Judicial Candidates

Indiana Right to Life has no information or recommendations regarding judicial candidates.  Unfortunately, Indiana rules chill the free speech rights of judicial candidates in answering surveys.  Indiana Right to Life twice fought court battles seeking to change these judicial candidate rules, but both suits were rejected by the federal courts.  Please contact candidates directly.
