A note on candidates for judicial retention:

In Indiana, judicial candidates may be disciplined if they answer IRTL’s questionnaires about abortion. Currently we do not have enough information on the candidates for judicial retention to accurately identify their positions. Indiana Right to Life is one of several plaintiffs seeking Supreme Court review of state regulations that place limits on the ability of judicial candidates to campaign for judicial office.
