Please refer to the associated survey as your key to the answers spreadsheets. An asterisk * denotes a survey or written response. A note on judicial candidates:
In Indiana, judicial candidates may be disciplined if they answer IRTL’s questionnaires about abortion. Information on the candidates for judicial retention may be found here: http://www.irtl.org/judicial-retention/
Indiana Right to Life has unsuccessfully filed two suits against Indiana judicial rules that chill the free speech rights of judicial candidates as well as the rights of voters to receive this information.
