The largest abortion business in Indiana is Planned Parenthood of Indiana (PPI). According to its own statistics, Planned Parenthood of Indiana does over 50% of total abortions in Indiana through its abortion centers located in Merrillville, Indianapolis, and Bloomington. These figures do not take in to account the number of abortions caused by PPI’s distribution of so-called “Emergency Contraception” (EC) which will cause an early abortion if taken after fertilization has occurred.

In 2008, PPI made national news when a series of undercover videos filmed by Live Action Films showed PPI counselors advising a women claiming to be 13-years-old and pregnant by an adult man how to avoid sexual abuse reporting.
